The Buckhead Session Movement

The Atlanta Police Department is opening a third precinct in Buckhead. The area, made up of just 28 square miles, has more people than Portland proper. This would fit perfectly as a scene in "The Wire," which airs on CNN at 8 p.m. ET/PT.
