Introduction
Kirby John Caldwell is the leader of Windsor Village United Methodist Church in Houston, Texas. He grew up in a middle-class household adjacent to a rougher area of the city. Once he finished studying at Perkins School of Theology and was assigned to be an assistant pastor at St Mary's United Methodist Church after graduating from college. After leaving corporate America for his new calling as a megachurch pastor, things didn't go according to plan.
