How to Socialize Your External Senior Hires
There's a bit of an art to doing that when you bring in the external senior hire like let's say it's a leadership team member and they're coming in over top of you know 70 other employees. So I would say our most recent one is probably on the marketing side we had a new head of marketing start in January. Through that we really made sure that core members of the team were part of that hiring process as well so they were in on the interviews, which helped create buy-in internally because they also want to be mentored in a specific way.
