What I Learned About the Apple Users Group
Mitch Albom: Eric was a part of two revolutions at MIT in the 1970s. He says computers sounded like something from the Flintstones; they could take hours to get results. When he got his own computer, it was off to the races, writing programs and trading them with Apple employees for Star Wars games or mortgage calculators. "I think we formed the first sort of Cambridge, Massachusetts, Apple users group," said Albom.
