CRAs Are the Linkage Between Operating Activities and Competitive Advantages
The question I've been struggling with now that I'm finally getting to the point is prediction. Really, there's two activities, operating activities, which I'm trying to sort of put into this framework. And you can look at the chart, I think it makes pretty good sense in that chart. But they're harder to see the CRAs. Anyways, that's a bit of theory, but CRAs are kind of the linkage between operating activities and structural advantages. That's what I'm looking for because if I can see someone who's real good at this, I'm going to know in a year or two, they're going to have a competitive advantage others don't have.
