The Importance of Raw Milk in the United States
Raw milk cannot be sold in stores in 37 states or something like that. Raw Milk Institute trained a farmer there, her name is Esther, who developed the raw milk farm and selling through cow shares because raw milk in Iowa is completely illegal. A short little story I think tells it all. The fact that the paradigm that's been indoctrinated has political inertia behind it and protectionism and all kinds of stuff. Unfortunately, the farmers are suffering and the consumers are doing well.
