The Beginnings of the Pink Floyd Sound
In 1965, Babbitt took LSD for the first time. The other members would generally be one of the more sober bands in the rock business. They couldn't rely on instrumental proficiency, so they had to rely on ideas. Inspiration came from an organization calling itself the London Free School.
