By the sixth century, tartes seems to be known by the greeks as our wealthy peoples state kingdom. Rigt takes off as a regional power and seems to take over those western networks that before were more like independent phoenician networks of the earlier tyrian rit tradition. So you can think the ide that reflects when we see on the ground a little bit of that local side and close colloberation with the phoenician realm is very potent at that point.
