TikTok - I'm a Kid in the UK

A man named Duncan McCann has lodged a formal complaint with the country's Information Commissioners office or ICO. He is accusing YouTube of collecting information about the videos that children are watching within the UK and this is against an ICO children's code. YouTube responded by saying that the platform has never been intended for children under the age of 13 but accounts that are registered to young users follow protocol.
