In powered by the apocalypse games, players only roll dice. Apocalypse world has dealt with that problem by constraining the g m but giving them structure to work with it. So as a gm, i think people really are hungry and thirsty for g m support. And so you can see a little of that in the third edition of unknown armies where, you know, i break things up ind like, ok, what is the worst choice i can force these players? What is the hardest pressure i can put on them? The point on their character sheet that hurts? And how can i press on that hard?"
