So i would think about customer acquisition costs and pipe lind velocity as separate metrics. I wouldn't try and blend them together with your running direct ons, marketing through every channel. And when you look at that, you can stack out by every single channel or programme. You can also use every single metric, wind rate, sail psyco length, pipe line created to get you pipe line velocity. Then you can create individual what i would call program cost of acquisition. Doesn't include head count tak things like that. It's just literally the programm expense of acquisition. So those are some of the dynamics that you can get. There are definitely some winners and some losers in that
