The COT report tells how groups of traders are positioned, or the non-commercials. When we're talking about Eurodollars, this is not the Euro versus the dollar in the currency markets. So a Eurodollar futures contract is really an interest rate product. Paying attention to what the commercials are doing is usually the right way to go.
