The Importance of HR in Agile Direction
Architecture is actually driven by HR, not the problem that we're trying to solve. People can really decide where they can contribute more or the best. Some people were falling in the trap of being too emotional about choosing specific technologies. And I think this is exactly what scientists should not be doing,. Not being attached to decisions really helps us distance away, rethink and even listen to what others have said.
