The Role of COVID in the Pandemic

Some members of the committee are concerned that FDA is sort of marching things down a path to annual COVID shots. And they keep saying, you know, this is not flu. There are some similarities, but this is notflu. In some ways, it would be so much easier if this was a shot that you needed every year and you can get it. That makes things very easy. If it's something that needs to be updated or if people need to get less frequently, that becomes a much trickier situation.
