The Fed's Fear of a Rate Hike
When central banks hike interest rates, banks that have a lot of exposure to intrasensitive assets are going to face challenges. We see that in all rate hike cycles. I think consensus coalesced around the idea that that initial bout of instability that we saw in the banks equated perhaps to around a quarter of a percentage point hike. So it is definitely something that I'm sure they're watching that I'm watching. Yeah, I think everybody should be watching.
