How to Manage a Culture Shift in the Workplace
I like this idea of actually the fact that you weren't there in an office, ecause this is a real mind set shift for a lot of architects and a lot of business owners er. We're having these kinds of tensions at the moment with employees do want to have remote working hours and mobile access. And also, i would imagine that you had pretty good structures for accountability, or really what's being measured is not the hourshat they spend at the desk, but rather the results at their delivering. I've always had tablet pices. I used blue beams were which i could not live without, interms of editing, p d f, sketching, marking things up.
