A lot of limiting beliefs come from there and then the upper limit problem is this book called the big leap. Once you learn this framework, at least for me, I notice it everywhere. A really good thing happens in my life. And I start to worry about something bad. It is going to end. Anything that brings you down a little bit. Totally. Even if the bad thing never happens, the fact that you're giving cycles to worry about is like, oh, I can't be this happy. I got to lower this alittle bit. It's too good. The first thought that comes to him is things are too good. Things are too good right now. Something bad
