I'm very skeptical of a lot of the medicine work in the community. I just think it's something that needs to be done with the absolute level of discernment and, you know, really foundational indigenous practicing. And so for the gas lighting and to circle it back on that spiritual bypassing and all that stuff, those are people that haven't quite committed to the work or they possibly haven't looked at the ancients. The mystics before us, they were ritual artists. There's a reason why someone's meditating in a cave for 40 years in the dark. Is that person just crazy? No, because they're cultivated. So today you can't just be wearing the outfits
