The Dutch got rid of most of their cocaine in Koka voluntarily. The Japanese had done something very similar with Formosa, what we call today Taiwan. Paul: Is it right to put it all on the US and on the West as being the driving force for these things? He says there are traditions of prohibitionism throughout the world going back centuries.
