Is Language the Fabric of Thinking?

He criticises augustine for talking about how child learns language. Andsendgas erandand it's as if hild already had a language, it was just the language of thought. He seems to suggest thoth, we're concern that before we have language, we cannot think. Do agree with that? I mean to think he as right to i agree with it. But let me try and do my best to explain why he thought that.
