Using the Habit Loop to Make Your Habits Work for You

If you have a goal of intentional movement five days a week, maybe your cue for that would be setting out your workout clothes the night before. That's just an example of how you could use the habit loop to start to make those behaviors more automatic. The other thing i would say is, what is one super low hanging fruit practice that you can do each and every day that's truly a non negotiable? Those are like my non negotiables that i still aim to do every day.
