The last battles of the wars of the roses were fought in 14 64. They came about because somerset, whom i mentioned as being hauled up in bambro castle before, although he transferred his allegiances to edward the fourth, was nearly lynched at northampton by the local populace. And so defected and went to the north where he raised an army. But that rebellion never really took off, and he was defeated in 14 64 and taken to hexam, afterwards beheaded.
