The body always works at 100% as a loose concept so you can't add or take anything away from it. Everything moves in a way that organizes that so if I move too much there in one place i.e. I'm now moving more than I should somewhere else is going to rebalance and move less to bring that back to 100%. So big is not useful yes but small in all of the places it starts to create big do you know what I mean?
