In general, chinese people don't eat wild game, as people imagine. At least ten educated or civilized people are quite picky with their foods. We in chinese diet, we have a lot of seasoning. So the flavor can be really good if it's were done. And i also remember when i was in the states and ther an esiopiun restaurant in washington, d c. And they offered all kinds of weird insects and animals. I didn't try because, although i'm chinese, i'm not like what people are imagining, we would eat everything. But i have to confess, i do eat chicken paws, or hcken e chicken feet.
