How Do You Contribute to the Roadmap?
I think if you're interviewing for a PM role, you're likely being interviewed by, well, other PMs. So I would just go to cross functional people and ask them like, how do you contribute to roadmap? That kind of gives them an opportunity to talk about their work. But at the same time, it gives me some signals on how the org behaves as a whole - which tends to be pretty important to me.
