The Value Traps in Innet Flix Strategy
Donethis: A lot of confidence in netflix strategy comes from my perception of their ability to execute. In stocks that are very cheap, and yet it turns out that they're not cheap, because what the price was really saying was that those fundamentals were going to deteriorate dramatically. But i think it's our job as analysts to understand when is it right, problistically correct, to hold or add to a stock that is down a whole lot. And so we have to incorporate that into our thinking with both conviction in the business as well as our forecasts.
