The Importance of Immersion in a Business

Many times I have just loved an idea, fit all of our principles. And then as soon as we got through that immersion, you end up in the end of like, man, they're just, you know, there isn't an opportunity here. Sometimes you'll think, man, this could be so big. This could be like a $50 million business. Then you tie that back to, okay, it's a really small business. That's like low margin and the cost structure is bad. Like, then it's really hard to make profitable and sustainable.
