The Government's Options in the Case of Judge Cannon
The government could seek a writ of mandamus, which is essentially saying that the judge is so clearly hard. Or they could ask her to voluntarily recuse based on some law in the 11th circuit where a judge has engaged in any kind of activity or action or opinions that show such a bias toward one party or the other. But that does come with its own risks because the judge will control the schedule.
