The White House is sending migrants to cities that allegedly will have more resources. Dora Ehrlich: Are they accidentally kind of doing something that could be by partisan and not as unhelpful to the white house as they think it is? She says there's anecdotal evidence that people are deliberately choosing to cross at those locations because they know they want ta head to the east coast anyway, and this is going to be helpful to them.
