Ibiny: There's a certain point at which there is nothing to be done. If you want to operate well within an organ ation, you need to master contexts. Incentives is a huge one. Understanding the incentives that the people have,. what their capiis are both formal and informal, how they're judged. And that very, very difficult as an outsider. You can get support for lots of this on outsorc like, if you want someone who is expert in contracting process and play books. But unless we get really lucky in someone just left and fits that, it's highly unlikely that you'll find that out in the market place.
