The Importance of Faith in Life
I'm not into religion anymore. I grew up so religious that any sort of certainty around an afterlife or lack thereof is like repulsive to me. When my mom died, I was eight and everyone was like, we'll see her again. And I don't know if that's true. It really opened my eyes to the fact that there are plenty of people who never even think about religion. They don't think about God, they don't like, it doesn't just eat away at them.
