What Is a Lamb Shank?

In this episode, Gordon Ramsay tries out a new recipe for lamb shank. He also learns about the ways in which he swears - and how to keep it under control. In one scene, Mick is kicked out of the kitchen by his wife after failing to make an orange sauce that was supposed to be made with real juice. His daughter Michelle takes over as chef despite having no cooking experience. And while Mick is not convinced over replacing his microwave food, the reopening of the restaurant is a success.
