The property was considered a pocket listing where it was not listed yet. The seller's agent knew a lot about the area and told me all this stuff. But then again, you have to verify. So I went and looked at the areas where there was a lot of gentrification,. A lot of revitalization in the surrounding streets. And for this part Buffalo, I just, I didn't know any of that.
