Structure vs. Acing, Greenicity

I think maybe depends on what you mean by structure I think for for this it's not like I will have a schedule every day. We're playing with the idea of having people be in like crews for a month and maybe do like a stand-up meeting or some other sort of like tempo event with them. But yeah I guess this tension of like structure versus like acing, greenicity is like something that I grapple with a lot. For some groups like in the micro solidarity gather it where like you kind of start with basically a random group of people and you're creating this like social fabric you need a lot of structure basically to like do all the norming and my figure out where
