TLS has been grandfathered into the QUIC box, it's not its own layer. So you have slightly less freedom conceptually than you used to have because they really stuck with this. And in a way, it's good that we use the protocols as a, as a black box and that we don't try to force too much configuration on top of them. That allows both the server and the browser to make the necessary optimizations. We just get the use and benefit from them.
