"I think the biggest thing for me was that, and much like probably many of your listeners out there, for a lot of you, this might be your first time really having a pretty rigorous interview process," he says. "They wanted to know how I thought, and they wanted to know that I also had a little bit of subject matter knowledge." He went through three interviews at Deloitte before getting an offer from the company.
