The readme is an information architecture problem. It involves thinking about other people, which let's just say some developers aren't skilled at. Once you know what code coverage is, you don't feel the need to explain it or set the state. The newest one, I put a mastodon badge on there exactly because that's the new crisis is moving from Twitter to mastodon.
