If the history of numbness and tingling in the medium nerve distribution, which is oftentimes more frequently during the night, that wakes them up. So i think it is reasonable to begin treatment, which would be splinting of the wrist, n neutral position, at night,. And then also activity modification, so avoiding activities that precipitate or exasperate the symptoms; taking unanserable, anti plamatory mitications if they can.
