Do We Need to Practice Deliberate Practice?

We don't want to have the same experience a thousand times. And so i think as professionals, if we could spend more time in this deliberate practice, in identifying what are those areas it maybe it's a strength of ours that we can make even stronger. Let's practise that. Let's get as close to mastery as we can in that particular area. If we've got a weakness, we don't necessarily want to spend a lot of time shoring up our weaknesses,. cause if we may end up with a lot of strong weaknesses, which may not be the best thing.
