I think that work not only complements the traditional strength stuff but actually enhances it because when you start to work on the ankle in that way. It's very very difficult to put on quad mass and build quad strength if you have a constantly angry knee. And then also I think like people's usually their first idea of getting an ACL back to any kind of impact training is a couple of pogo's and then like going for a slow bloody jog.
