A Mechanistic Way to Explain a Dark Matter Universe
It seems almost counterintuitive that you get actual honest to goodness astrophysics, you know, gastrophysics implications from changing Newton's laws. So it's a mechanistic way to see that in an acceleration in a universe where there's dark matter gas or ordinary matter. You had to invoke various technological effects in order to make it so and that's commonly what's done today when everybody is talking about galaxies.
