The Role of Restorative Justice in Open Source

I think one of the biggest struggles that people have with open source is accountability and how it relates to personal sacrifice. I do think that there's like really interesting structures to look to. A lot of like restorative justice practices are really interesting. And I think would probably really benefit stuff like open source.
