How to Financing Multifamily Properties
When did you close on your first syndication as a general partner? We actually closed two of them two days apart, and it was October of 2021. I know a lot of people in the syndication space, especially within commercial multifamily, who are very concerned about what's going to happen when rate caps expire. And like I said earlier, we've been able to enact a business plan fast enough to stay ahead of the interest rate increase the properties.
