The Importance of Belief Systems in Strength Training

I think there's some truth to this, but it's almost like the the core is physical. And that's why I like like that Venn diagram showing look like culture is important. Belief system is really important. You could run all these athletes to the same training program and have athletes end up with a different result. It doesn't matter if you do this little nuance or that little trick in the weight room. Did they swim faster? They see very clearly the impacts of those those three things.
