The War on Freelancing Is About Control

California is now affirmatively trying to eliminate the ability to be anything other than an employee. It's consistent with almost everything you see out of California, it's in favor of more government control over your life. Less freedom, less autonomy, less American spirit, less entrepreneurial spirit. Are we becoming more or less independent and self-reliant? Yeah.
