Is the Bible Tolerant of Abortion?

Gavin Newsom is spending his campaign funds outside of California in states that are eliminating abortion. He's putting up billboards saying, come to California, we'll help you abort your baby. At the bottom of it is a little quote from Jesus Christ himself: Love your neighbor as yourself. What do you make of that?
