The Different Types of Dissociative Disorders
A lot of people experience disassociation at some point in their lives. For example, you may disassociate when you're very stressed or after something traumatic has happened. You might also have symptoms of disassociation as a part of another mental illness like anxiety or panic attacks. So if you disassociate, you probably feel like you're not connected. Some of the symptoms that we follow is amnesia. And this means memory loss and depersonalization.
