Kombucha is fermented tea, which is then left to ferment. It's full of apparently is full of good bacteria. So I'm drinking that in order to try and replace the lost bacteria in my gut - because I just took a course of antibiotics for a chest infection. Is it tasty though? The only time I've ever had kombucha, I didn't really like it. But this one's kind of got Scott lemon and ginger in it as well,. Which is pretty nice.
