The Role of People in the Design Process
Eric Schmidt: Traditional design process is like a, I don't know, what's like traditional design process? Like you start fuzzy and lo-fi and you end up polished and high-fi along the way. He argues that bringing people along for the ride through that process is a better way to create ambient awareness of why a design got from A to B. "I just don't think that it works that way in practice for a lot of teams or people," he says.
