Thematic Funds Tell a Good Story

In times of distress, people decide to lean on their alternative investments. And then when the bull market takes off again, they they dump em. Is this also a narrative thing, where i think these thematic funds tell a really good story? I don't know that people necesarily care about this story when they look at their performance. To my point, usually people chase performance. And they're not chasing performances now. They're chasing stories. That can change the way youthink about investments.
